Opened in the late-50s to satiate the tourist boom that defies Mallorca today, Balneario Illetas is a stylish and architectural beach compound in Calvia on the southern edge of the island. The Food
An all-day menu includes casual morning coffee and breakfast pastries, mid-day lobster salads and lighter sandwiches or slow-baked codfish with mash.
